Autodesk 3DS

autodesk-3ds-max-14

We have started to use a program called Autodesk 3DS, which can be used to create 3D shapes. We began by just creating some simple 3D shapes and then manipulating them to create letters. Hopefully after some more practice, I will be able to create more complex models and add textures.

Animated music video

Our latest project was to create a music video for a song of our choice, using the animation features on Photoshop. I based my music video around ‘Still Alive’ from the Portal soundtrack. So far I have added some images and a few of the lyrics, although I have yet to add the music so that I can get the timing right. The images are from the game Portal, which I have then drawn and coloured over to give them a flatter, more cartoon-like texture.
